First
of all all the best for the coming new year and
may this year be filled with peace and love for

like to share a little private story with some
links of websites. My ex-husband had been diagnosed
with diabetic 14 years ago , while he still seems
to be a healthy and strong man in the age of 35.
Few years after the divorce his health became
more and more bad due to his diabetic. At one
point the GP in Germany told him, that he might
not live longer than 6 month. He tried all to
get his blood-sugar under control and his life,
but it does not work well for him . He had to
start to shoot insulin and his eyes went bad,
and he was complaining a lot about pain in his
legs.He went to hospital in and out with no satisfying
results. 2 years ago when he come to visit my
children he told me he is trying to safe money
to get a transplant.
I
felt very bad when seeing him suffering while
he stayed with us. Ones he was a strong man filled
with joy and zest for life... now he needed glasses
and most of the time being in pain or feeling
low because of the diabetic.A
year ago my children got exiting news for me.
They told me that he is doing a certain type of

Few month later, they told me . Mum , Dad does
not need his glasses anymore and he looks so fresh

month ago he came again to visit us in our new
house and I could see his change and celebrate
it in my heart. He told me that after using the

4 weeks. He also told me that it is not good to
stop doing this yoga as ones it is helping you
will have to continue. This yoga is also helping
for other disease and I will try to get my thyroid
problem with it in order. I asked him about the

while traveling ect.
I
must say his suffering and recovery made a big
impression for me and this is why I like to share
these information with many people. .. and hope
it might help others as it did for him.

Bitter Melon and Diabetes Success 
I'm thrilled but I wonder about him lowering it too fast. He sees his doctor on Jan 22 and I cannot Wait to see how he reacts to this 114 number after all the 200's he has seen.
